2. Types of Personal Data Collected

This website collects only the personal data voluntarily provided by the user or strictly necessary for technical operation:

• Contact Form Data: When using the "Leave Us A Message" form, we collect your Name, Email address, Subject, and the content of your Message solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Browsing and Technical Data: Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, operating system, time of request) transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols to ensure security and proper site delivery.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

Personal data provided voluntarily via the contact form or via direct email are processed exclusively for the following purposes:

• Responding to requests for information regarding the project, its educational board games, and its Erasmus+ results;
• Providing support to youth workers, educators, and partner organizations;
• Complying with legal obligations or European Commission reporting requirements applicable to Erasmus+ projects.

The legal basis for processing is the user's explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) expressed by checking the acceptance box before submitting the contact form, as well as the performance of pre-contractual/informational measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Data Retention and Security

Personal data collected through the contact form are processed using electronic tools with appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. Data are retained only for the time strictly necessary to handle and reply to the user's request and are not shared with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

5. Rights of the Data Subject (Articles 15–22 GDPR)

At any time, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to:

• Request confirmation of the existence of your personal data and obtain access to their content;

• Request the erasure (right to be forgotten), anonymization, or restriction of processing of your data;
• Object to the processing of your data or withdraw your consent at any time;
• Lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority (such as the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy).
